Valentine’s Day is almost here, and the Concert Choir will again be fundraising by selling singing grams. Come get your grams for that special someone! Grams will be on sale from January 31-February 10 for $3 in front of the Choir Room (Room 307) at lunch.

It’s time to order SCRIP again. This is a great time to earn money to pay for tour expenses. We have SCRIP orders scheduled for twice a month in February and March so take advantage as often as possible to earn a profit on all your purchases.

How can you shop with SCRIP?

Every other Monday, a SCRIP order form will be available in the classroom for your student to bring home. Order forms will also be sent out in an email every other week.
Review your spending needs and the participating stores. Determine which gift cards you would like to purchase and the denominations.
3. Return the completed order form and enclose a check made out to VMPA in a sealed envelope to your student’s Choir class and period on the following Friday. Please return orders on Fridays only.
SCRIP orders will be delivered to your student on the following Friday in their choir class.

You can use SCRIP for your own purchases, but they make great gifts too. You can also pick up extra order forms for family, friends and neighbors and put even more into your child’s account.

Please use a current order form each week as vendors sometimes change the value of their cards and sometimes vendors drop out of the program or new ones are added. There are many more vendors than we can put on the order form. You can see all available vendors at www.glscrip.com. Feel free to add other vendors on blank lines of the order form.

Upcoming SCRIP order dates will be Feb 17, Mar 2 & 23, Apr 20 and

May 11. Deliveries will be one week later on Friday.

There is no fee charged to you and there is no minimum amount that you must purchase.

Parents & Students… Our very active and exciting calendar for the Vocal Music Program has been updated for the Spring 2012, including all concerts, tours, festivals, competitions, field trips, fundraising events, banquets, auditions, etc. WHEW… a LOT going on!
