Vocal Music Parent Association
A non-profit booster program supported by committed parent volunteers who make the music possible.
The Vocal Music Parent Association (VMPA) is the backbone of the FVHS Vocal Music Program. Made up of dedicated parent volunteers, the VMPA works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every student has access to an exceptional choral education — from helping organize concerts and tours to fundraising and community outreach.
The VMPA supports essential program expenses including sheet music, sound equipment, costumes, transportation, and participation in local, national, and international festivals. With the VMPA's help, every student — regardless of financial background — has the opportunity to fully experience the joy and discipline of vocal performance.
Parent Volunteers

On behalf of the FVHS Vocal Music Parent Association, I would like to welcome you to another exciting year for the Fountain Valley High School Vocal Music Program. We have a year of many incredible events filled with breathtaking music, retreats, festivals, socials, and special performances. This year promises to be one that will be remembered for a long time.
The FVHS Vocal Music Program is a highly acclaimed and nationally recognized program that has won numerous awards and accolades throughout the years, including many widely acclaimed international tours and performances. The success of this program is a result of Mr. Tison's direction and leadership, along with the help of assistant directors, accompanists, musicians, production assistants, and school administrators.
A very important part of the success of the program is attributed to those parents, family members, and friends that assist through the VMPA. I am very grateful for our board members and their dedication in making sure this incredible program stays competitive and highly honored throughout the country.
I encourage you to be actively involved in the development and success of this wonderful program. I hope that you will seek opportunities to serve on the VMPA Board, contribute your time or resources, and be an up-close supporter of this prestigious program.
